  6. * Made optimizations to the Code, now it runs 100% faster!  Twice
  7.   The speed of the old one.  This makes it possible to run it on
  8.   a 486/66 with no problem, maybe even a slower machine!  Went from
  9.   taking 52% of my P90 CPU down to 22%, and my P133 from 29% to 14%.

  11. * Some "Frills" were taken out for CPU Utilization reasons. The
  12.   Animated Tray Icon and Flashing Listening LED have been 
  13.   replaced with Static Icons.

  15. * Memory leak was detected in the Main FFT routine.  This caused
  16.   The application to eat up memory pretty fast if it was kept
  17.   running - This is now fixed.

  19. * Tuning was done to make the Detection Algorythm more accurate.

  21. * In the case that you do have a machine which appears to be too 
  22.   slow, I have added a /NOLISTEN command line parameter which 
  23.   when added will cause WinTone to start with the Listening 
  24.   engine disabled.

  26. * The Tuning and parameters screen requires more CPU when activated.
  27.   If you are borderline on speed, stay away from this screen if at
  28.   possible (Should not be much of an issue anymore)

  34. Due to the fact that The routine runs twice as fast, you may want 
  35. to adjust your tuning parameters.  Specifically Tolerance may need
  36. to be increased to elimnate duplicate tones.  Threshold may also 
  37. need to be adjusted slightly.
